Casino operator Penn National Gaming has contracted game developer Bally Technologies (BYI: 45.09 -3.43%) to outfit four U.S. casinos with the ACSC slot management system.

While the terms of the contract were not provided, Bally will replace a competitor’s system at the Empress Casino Hotel in Illinois and provide a casino wide hardware and software installation to Penn National’s three newest casinos.

Penn National will open Maryland’s first slot parlor, The Hollywood Casino Perryville later this year and two casinos in Ohio, Hollywood Casino Columbus and Hollywood Casino Toledo in late 2012.

“We are very pleased to be entering into an agreement with Bally,” said Tom Beauchamp, Chief Information Officer for Penn National Gaming.
