One of the nation’s fastest growing restaurant franchises announced today that they have begun operating and managing the food court at Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem. The 5,770 square foot dinning space was contracted to Villa Enterprises Management by the casino’s parent company Las Vegas Sands Corp (LVS: 18.85 +2.22%) in November.

The management company has spent the past month preparing for the change in operations by hiring and training its own employees for each of the unbranded dining locations.

In 2010, Villa Enterprises will replace the current fast food options with their own quick service brands including Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, Green Leaf’s, Banana’s, South Philly Steak and Fries and Casa Java. The existing Sushi venue will also remain open due to its popularity among casino patrons.

The management and operational changes does not effect the individual restaurants such as Burgers and More by Emeril or the New York City Carnegie Deli opened in November.

“We are pleased Las Vegas Sands Corp. has selected Villa Enterprises to operate and manage the expansive food court at its Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem where each of our quick service restaurant concepts will be located. With more than 4 decades worth of experience in the quick service restaurant environment and proven operational expertise within high volume, high traffic destinations, our partnership with Sands Resort Casino Bethlehem is a prudent move for both companies.” said Anthony Scotto, Villa Enterprises CEO.
