With the Siena Hotel Spa and Casino filing for bankruptcy protection on nearly $100 million in debt this summer and regulators looking to strip the boutique property of their gambling license, owner Barney Ng continues to blame International Game Technology (IGT: 14.14 -3.35%).

Ng and IGT have been engaged in back and forth legal disputes since 2004 and Ng claims that they are responsible for the failure of his property.

The dispute began when the Siena Hotel and Casino was sued by International Game Technology in 2004 for failure to make monthly payments on the casinos slot machines. Ng claimed that the slot machines were defective and offered documentation received by a terminated employee of IGT as proof, however the judge threw out Ng’s “stolen” evidence and ordered him to pay IGT $4 million.

The case is now scheduled to return to the Washoe District Court where Ng will appeal the judge’s decision to dismiss his evidence that the allegedly faulty computer chips cost the casino nearly $200 million.
